No two homemade pizzas are alike because no two pizza makers are alike. Crust thickness, toppings and oven temperature will all effect the final product.

Our dough can be spread by hand as in the video below, or rolled with a rolling pin to the desired size and thickness. A one pound (454g) ball of dough will make a single large pizza or two smaller thin crust pizzas.

A crust can be formed by hand at the edge of of the pizza as in the video or not as the maker chooses.

Many options for baking, all resulting in delicious pizza:

Formed by hand, topped, then baked in an outdoor pizza oven at a temperature of about 600 F for 8 minutes.

Spread by hand, topped and baked in a oven at 400 F for 15 minutes.

Formed by hand and baked in an oven for 10 minutes at 350F, then topped and baked for another 10 minutes at 350 F.

Rolled out with a rolling pin, topped, then cooked in an oven on a baking steel at 425 F for 10 minutes.
