Dumpling wrappers, wonton wrappers, egg roll wrappers/ lasagna squares are all made from the same pasta dough— hence the name of this page.
Lasagna Squares are 8"x8" squares fo gluten free pasta. The sheets should be kept refrigerated or frozen for longer term storage. If frozen, thaw before using. Thawed squares can be cut as needed to fit pan. No boiling required before baking.

Working with Dumpling Wrappers
Thaw dumpling wrappers for a few hours in the refrigerator before using.
Place small amount of filing in the center of the wrapper than fold dough around the filling.
Dumplings can be fried, steamed or boiled.
Traditionally pot stickers are browned in oil in a wok, then water is added to the wok to steam them. Cover the wok while steaming. Steam for 8-12 minutes depending on the filling.
