Thaw dumpling wrappers for a few hours in the refrigerator before using.

Place small amount of filing in the center of the wrapper than fold dough around the filling.

Dumplings can be fried, steamed or boiled.

Traditionally pot stickers are browned in oil in a wok, then water is added to the wok to steam them. Cover the wok while steaming. Steam for 8-12 minutes depending on the filling.

Lasagna squares are 8"x8" squares of gluten free pasta. They should be kept refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, thaw before using. Thawed squares can be cut as needed to fit pan. No boiling required before baking, just add a bit of extra sauce to fully hydrate the noodles during baking. Eight squares per package.
